Once
again we are offering a great opportunity for your youth to be involved
in a practical ministry project during the Youth Convention. Over the
past two years over 1000 students and leaders in conjunction with
Connect Community Church, New England Masters Commission and
Adopt-a-Block have donated their time the Friday afternoon of Youth
Convention to meet the needs of the Portsmouth community by cleaning,
painting, raking, shoveling, and much more at various project sites
around the city. The response from the city has been incredible, and
the Christ-like example from our students has changed lives. The first 250 students and leaders who sign up by going online to www.newenglandmc.com will
be able to participate, so don’t wait until the last minute to
decide. If your group did not have the chance to participate last year
or if you had a fantastic time of ministry and it changed the lives of
your teens, you’ll want to get signed up for this event. Lunch is
provided right after the morning session and the projects are finished
by 4:00 so you can get back to your hotel, have dinner and make it to
the evening session. Some Information...
