Paul and Lana Duda have served as Assemblies of God Missionaries since 1989. They have ministered as church planters; planting,
discipling, and establishing three churches, Aposento Alto Assemblies of God, Christian Center at La Pulida, and Ebenezer
Assembly of God church in Quito, Ecuador. They have worked with many other churches, discipling and training leadership for
local congregations.
Paul taught missions at Evangel University as the Missionary in Residence (MIR) from 2001-2003. Paul and Lana took two teams
of Evangel students to Ecuador for evangelism, literature distribution and other ministry giving them first hand exposure to
field ministry. Before becoming missionaries, the Dudas served in the Northern New England District Office from 1985-1989 as
Administrative Assistants for four years and pioneered and pastored Elim Assembly of God in Bath, Maine from 1981-1985.
In 2003, the Latin America and the Caribbean Regional office asked them to take on new responsibilities as the Special Projects
Director working throughout the region, developing and directing the Latin America and Caribbean Commission on HIV/AIDS. The
Caribbean is the second most impacted area of the world for HIV/AIDS. Paul and Lana travel with trained leaders throughout
the region conducting HIV/AIDS seminars for Pastors, church leaders, and interested community leaders. The church has the
answer found in the Scriptures and in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Paul and Lana accepted the position of Assistant Area Directors in 2009 for the Caribbean Region, working with the Strategic
Missionary Task Force with emphasis on Island Ministry including church construction, teaching and training.
